7.1 Service Providers and Processors

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transfer affecting oke4, personal data held by oke4 may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. • Account data and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction;
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the last gaming session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming audit purposes;

Parents or guardians who believe that a minor may have created an account on oke4 are urged to contact the oke4 support team or Data Protection Officer immediately. oke4 will treat such reports as a priority and take immediate action to verify and, if confirmed, close the affected account and delete all associated data.
